2、 乙方保证所交产品为完好新品
3、 倘所交货品一部份或全部不合完好新品之约定,乙方应负责退换或赔偿退换所发生之费用.

The Buyer agrees to buy the following products from the Seller as per the following terms:
A.Delivery Terms
1.Delivery Time:September 01,2006
2.Delivery Place:Viet Nam
3.Delivery:By air
B.Inspection
1.Inspection Place:Viet Nam
2.The Seller guarantees delivery of lately finished and qualified products.
3.The Seller shall bear the cost of replacement or compensation in case the delivered products are found not lately finished or not qualified as agreed.
