摘要:近年来,随着西气东输、南水北调、青藏铁路、奥运场馆等一批特大型工程相继落成或正在建设,标志着我国建筑业的建造能力达到了一个新的水平.战斗在施工第一线的民营施工企业结构调整步伐加快,企业效益逐步提高,综合实力不断提高,推动了我国建筑业的迅速发展.同时,民营施工企业队伍不断壮大,吸纳农民工占农村进城务工总数的近三分之一,成为解决农民就业和农民增收的重要渠道,促进了城乡统筹发展.虽然民营施工企业抓住了机遇,取得了长足的发展,但是,在民营施工企业中仍存在很多问题,如建设资金不足或不到位,基础管理薄弱,人才结构不合理,工程拖欠款锐增不减,企业亏损情况依然严重.本文将从民营施工企业的内部管理入手,分析民营施工企业内部管理中出现的一些问题,并在此基础上探讨如何解决民营施工企业中内部管理问题,减少企业的内耗,加强企业的竞争力.进而提出四大对策:即建立现代企业制度,制定合理人才战略,强化管理控制成本,保障员工合法权益.并对民营施工企业未来的发展提出现实的建议和对策.
