How To protect our eyes
You know ,it is important to protect our eyes.Because we use them every day to looking through the world.So we should protect our eyes.
First,we should not use our dirty hands to push our eyes,if you do that ,your eyes will get disease .Second ,we should not read or write under shiny sun.The sun shines too much will
make you see can not see everying some times.Third,we should do exercise to protect our eyes.It can help us to have healthy eyes.Fourth ,when we have already written homework for such a long time ,we can have a rest to protect our eyes.The last one is do not play computer
for so long time ,it is bad for our eyes,
That' s all my thinking of the ways to prptect our eyes.I am sure if you able the rules,you will have healtny eyes.
1.When you are using computer or watching TV,stay away from them for at least 1.5m.
2.Every 2 or 3 three hours, take exercises of your eyes and whole body.
3.Always eat food good for your eyes.
4.Try you best to go bed before 10:00.Eyes need good rest, every night.
5. Drink some tea . It is healthy for your eyes.
The eyes are the window of the soul we, no eyes, our world is not a color will lose all good things. So the eye is the most important, we protect it way is often massage it, read a book or write according to the right way to do. Don't always stay in front of computer or television. These are the protection of its method
