An earthquake happened last Sundy morning. Let's see what these students were doing at time and what they did then.
I interviewed three students, all of them made good performances under such emergent
situation. Jim was reading in the library, when he felt the chair under his button was shaking, he got off the chair and stayed under the desk. Anna was taking a piano lesson at that moment, the teacher reminded her of the strange sound and she ran out of the classroom with the music teacher. The last one is David who also ran out into yard when he was cleaning his room at home. To sum up, all those students know how to protect themselves under disasters and it showed the great success of class teaching nowaday. Teachers should further make emphasis on the importance of self-securing of students.
