在华为公司还是很看重学历的.由于没有学位证书,在过去的一年中已经痛失了很多机会.回想起来工作中的许多重学历轻能力的事情心中就会隐隐作痛.恨自己当初自己想象的幼稚,本以为是金子在哪里都会发光,只要工作努力、有能力,学历只是一块敲门砖罢了.可是经过三年的实际工作发现自己错了,错的一败涂地!从慧通转华为、年终奖到目前的定岗定薪无不从中体现出强烈的学历终于能力色彩：
转华为：本科及以上的先转,专科的即使是项目组骨干也通通放在最后；
年终奖：学历高的年终奖也会高很多；
定岗定薪：学历高的也是比学历低的高出很多,即使是级、等相同,薪水方面也会有很大差异!同样13C,6.5＋1和5.3＋1 咳!
本人也认同学历比较高的在某些方面的能力的确很优秀,但学历地点能力就一定不行吗?非也!
部门有好多研究生的能力弱的很,办事呆板、不会变通.请大家不要恶意攻击,我只是就事论事罢
