我觉得这句话的意思是：这些香蕉在这里卖比在那家店铺里卖要便宜.指的是同一些香蕉,因为句子开头用了The,那就是表示特指,所以应该是同一些香蕉.
are selling 就是表示一种卖的状态,和后面的are是统一的,后面的they are 可以理解为
they are selling for ,只是把selling for 省略了.
那后面的they就是指the bananas.
所以这句话比较的应该是同一些香蕉在不同的地方卖的价格不同.
