事实概述：
年 月 日,华容股份有限公司与 签订了购买编号为05505707、05504936、的电容器,后因甲方提供的编号为05505707、05504936的电容器存在质量问题,造成乙方的重大经济损失.甲、乙双方在平等自愿、协商一致基础上,甲方本着尊重客观事实及诚实信用的原则,双方自愿达成如下协议：
一、本协议签订后 日内,甲方同意赔付乙方因该产品质量问题而致其损害赔偿金费用共计 欧元.甲方以现金或支票方式支付,或从其货款中分次扣减赔偿之后,乙方不得再就该产品问题主张其他赔付权利,所有有关该产品的后续使用中产生的现实损害或不可预估损害均由乙方自行承担.
