I don't agree to put more money on the art museum and music performance.
It is true that China is developing rapidly and the level of living has improved a lot,but It's all about the big city like Beijing,shanghai.Many cities in China still can't be called the great city.On the contrary,they are smaller and poorer than spuer city.It means a lot of people are still living in a common condition.Then what do the government spend more money on museum and music performance for?People hope to get practical benifits.I believe that people like to go to the swimming pool or play ground to relax after working hard all day.
We have to admit that most of people in China haven't achived the level of enjoying museum and music performance.They think it's not worth to spend more money to visit the museum.
China has almost 1.4 billion people.Most people live in the smaller cities and towns.You don't have enough resources to build museums for so many people.But we can build swimming pool and play groud easily.It's more helpful for people living in the smaller cities and town.
