after a long time preparetion we are now ready for your reply. since this is our first cooperation,we accomodate your delay and with fully sincerity our boss appoint a engineer and technician who has long experiece of more than 10 years to meet you here in china and show you the covering drawing.
wangyang has made all the contactions with your company while we are in charge of the particulars of facilities and factory building.as everything is ready at present , wang is given other tasks.

After a long time to prepare carefully, my company is ready totally and waiting for your decision. As the first time to cooperate with you, it is unaviodable to being slugged by some details. My boss says that for show the sincirity we will assign a 10-year experience engineer to commnuicate with you when you arrive in China, and the related drawings will be shown to you as well.
Before,all affairs contacting with your company were dealed with by Wang Yang. We are in charge of planning & preparation of factory construction and equipment,etc. As all preparations are completed, (最后一句不知道原意?)
