当前,中小企业已成为我国经济活动中一支重要的生力军,对中国经济发展产生了重要作用.世界各国的经验表明,中小企业发展所面临的一个最普遍和最关键的制约因素就是融资问题.中小企业在融资方面的“营养”不良以及由此带来的“健康”状况上的每况愈下正引起人们的广泛关注.本文从中小企业和融资的概念入手,阐述了我国中小企业融资存在的六方面的问题,主要表现为融资意识薄弱、企业融资能力低、企业融资狭窄及成本过高等等；分析了产生其问题的成因,包括六大点,主要有信息不对称,信誉评估体系发育不健全,社会诚信系统建设滞后等等；并提出了中小企业融资问题的六点建议,包括提高自身素质及信用,加强政府对中小企业的融资支持,建立各类能为中小企业所用的基金,建立中小企业信用担保体系,拓展中小企业直接融资渠道,建立中小企业支持服务体系.力图做到理论与实践结合,旨在对解决中小企业融资问题有借鉴意义.

Currently,small and medium-sized enterprises have become an important fresh troop in our country's economic activities,playing an important role in the development of Chinese economy.As indicated from global experience,the most common and pivotal factor that restricts the development of small and medium-sized enterprizes is financing.The "mal-nutrition" and the coming-along decline in "health" condition the small and mediu-sized enterprizes have in financing is drawing more and more attention from people.This paper starts with the concept of small and medium-sized enterprize financing and has illustrated problems domestic small and medium-sized enterprizes have in financing from six aspects like weak financing awareness,poor financing ability,a narrow range of financing and exorbitance of financing cost etc.It has analyzed the causes for the problems as well.And the causes are also in 6 aspects which mainly include information asymmetry,imperfect development of credit evaluation system,social credit system construction delay and so on.Finally it puts forward six pieces of advice for the small and medium-sized enterprize in financing,which include to improve their own quality and credit,strengthen the financing support to them by the government,to establish funds available for them, to establish small and medium-sized enterprize credit guarantee system,enlarge the direct financing channel for them and establish small and medium-sized enterprize support system.To sum up,this paper tries hard to combine theory with practice,aiming at providing reference for small and medium-sized enterprized in financing.
