1.第一句是同位语从句 whom指代many friends 是have的宾语
如果做主语则用who 例如:He is my best friend,who is good at playing basketball.这里的who指代he,是主语,所以用who.
2.第二句是两个由and连接的并列的陈述句,所有词都正常使用,and前后句式、时态要一致,所以用them即可.
