Health is very important to everyone.
nowadays, everyone is more concern about money than their health. They are working-hard and have no enough time to sleep let alone to do some exercise.
In my eyes,we should build up an right attiude of keepping fit.Every weekends,we can have some gentle sports. For example:Along with jogging(健身慢跑)and swimming, cycling is one of the best all-round rorms of exercise. It can heip to increase your strength and energy, giving you more efficient musclesand a strong heat. It's important to start slowly and build up gently.Doing too much too quickly can damage muscles(肌肉)that aren't used to working.
Eatting balance also takes an important part.
Generally speaking, people should pay more attentions of health.

Plants need it. Animals need it. It is the single most important element we need to live besides oxygen . Yet many people today simply do not get enough of it. What is it? Water, of course. Every living creature on the planet needs water to survive, grow and stay healthy.
But many people today do not drink enough fresh water. The problem is that we have too many choices. In older times, people only had a few drink options from which they could pick. Today, there are all kinds of drinks people can choose from. People wake up in the morning and drink milk, coffee or juice. For lunch they might have juice, tea or cola. For dinner, it's the same! Tea, juice, cola, etc. But where is the water? Water seems to be everyone's last choice. Even when people play sports, they usually have a sports drink when they get thirsty.
But here's the thing: doctors and scientists say that the average o person needs about eight glasses of fresh water every day to keep their body running properly. You see, almost 60% of the human body is actually water. And as a system, each part of the human body needs water to do its job properly.

Some Internet addicts cover up habit
More than one in eight U.S. adults finds it hard to stay away from the Internet for several days at a time and about one in 11 tries to hide his or her online habit, according to a study released on Tuesday.
The study by researchers from the Stanford University School of Medicine in California found one in 8 adults admitted they needed to spend less time online, saying this showed "problematic Internet use" is present in a sizable portion of the population.
The study involved a nationwide telephone survey of 2,581 respondents in the spring and summer of 2004 with researchers then examining the data and preparing the report which appears in the October issue of CNS Spectrums: The International Journal of Neuropsychiatric Medicine.
The survey found that 68.9 percent of respondents were regular Internet users and 13.7 percent found it hard to stay offline for several days at a time.
It found 12.4 percent often stayed online longer than intended, more than 12 percent said they saw a need to cut back on their Internet use, and 8.7 percent tried to conceal "non-essential" Internet use from family, friends and employers.
A smaller number, 8.2 percent, said they use the Internet to escape problems or a bad mood, while 5.9 percent felt their relationships suffered because of excessive Internet use.
One report published earlier this year said that 5 percent to 10 percent of the population likely will experience Internet addiction.
It said signs include a disregard for health or appearance, sleep deprivation and decreased physical activity and social interaction with others, as well as dry eyes, carpal tunnel syndrome and repetitive motion injuries of hands and fingers.
