How To Keep Healthy
As we know,health is important for us.So how to keep healthy?There are some ways.
First,every morning we'd better get up early and do morning exercises before having breakfast. Next,taking a walk after supper is also important. Then,it's not good to watch TV too long and go to bed too late. So try to have more sports in our spare time instead of staying at home. Finaly,eating too much at meal is bad for our health,too. We shouldn't eat junk food. We should eat enough fruit and vegetalbes.

Here is my advice about how to keep health? As a middle shool studentfirst you’d better do more exercise such as playing ball games running swimming and jumping rope. Then you should pay attention to your diet or meals Don’t eat too much meat and suger but more vegetables and fruit.Third you need enough sleep or rest . Nextkeep yourself happy.As people often say smiling makes younger.Last you mustn’t drink wine or smoke .They are bad for your health. I have favorite subject, also have dislike subject, I like English best because it is interesting and studious, in the future work, the English study also play a imporant role

3there are some many kinds of food which i like. sandwich is my favorable food. i make it with bread, vegetable, omelet ,and cheese. the process of making omelet is the most important part which needs more skills and experience. form the experience of my operation, the most significant factors as follows: the temperature of the cooking oil, the time of frying, and the control of cookers. when all the material are ready, i just use two pieces of bread clamp the material which i like. oh, my sandwich is ok.
