此处考查的是too...to...句型之一：
too＋adj.＋（a/an）＋n.＋to do / to be done
即：too后接一个形容词,然后接一个带不定冠词的名词（注意：不定冠词一定要放置于形容词后）,再接不定式（短语）.
使用时,注意以下事项：
只有当too后形容词修饰一个单数名词时,才可以在形容词与名词间加不定冠词a或者an.
